​Insight was established by two dedicated learning disability nurses (Ruth and Claire) who shared a vision: to enhance the lives and wellbeing of individuals with learning disabilities through high-quality training and consultancy. What began as a small initiative has grown into a diverse team of professionals, including adult and mental health nurses, alongside experts with lived experience of autism and/or a learning disability. Together, we bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and personal understanding to support inclusive practice across a wide range of settings.
